Best FiveM Server Hosting UK 2026
FiveM hosting is not just a question of buying the largest RAM number. A serious UK roleplay server needs strong main-thread CPU performance, reliable DDoS protection, txAdmin, database access, framework support and enough headroom for the hundreds of resources a mature ESX or QBCore community can accumulate. We compared 17 providers on the actual hosting product rather than treating commercial partner badges as performance awards.
Our FiveM hosting shortlist
LOW.MS wins on the combination of London location, current high-end CPU hardware, price and FiveM tooling. Indifferent Broccoli takes second because uncapped RAM, an actual no-card free trial and a seven-day refund are unusually valuable once an RP server starts accumulating scripts, vehicles and MLOs. Host Havoc remains the premium infrastructure choice with London, own hardware, NVMe and exceptionally fast support.
LOW.MS
£8.12 /mo
- Best CPU/value combination for a UK RP server
- txAdmin with ESX, QBCore and vMenu support
- Corero DDoS mitigation and database support
Indifferent Broccoli
~£11.86 /mo · 8 players ($15.99)
- No hard RAM ceiling as the resource stack grows
- No-card trial lets you test the actual server first
- 24/7 human support and full file access
Host Havoc
From £11 /mo
- Strong predictable infrastructure for production RP
- txAdmin, ESX, QB and custom framework support
- NVMe plus unusually responsive human support
GGServers
GGServers is the obvious budget alternative if your priority is getting a managed FiveM server in London for as little as possible. It lacks the standout CPU case of LOW.MS and the uncapped-resource model of Indifferent Broccoli, but the core FiveM stack is present at a very competitive price.
FiveM for GTAV Enhanced is now in Early Access
FiveM for GTAV Enhanced entered Early Access on 21 July 2026. Legacy GTA V continues to exist alongside it, while Enhanced uses a separate client and updated Cfx Server stack.
Cfx has used the transition to rebuild several underlying systems rather than simply moving the existing client onto newer GTA files. Enhanced includes a redesigned connection handshake, new server-side monitoring, an updated C# runtime based on modern .NET and a rebuilt voice system.
Existing Lua, JavaScript and C# resources are intended to remain backward compatible, but that does not mean every paid script, vehicle, MLO or framework extension is automatically production-ready on day one. Older 3D assets may also need conversion through Cfx’s Alchemist tooling.
What “authorised FiveM hosting partner” actually tells you
FiveM currently publishes a list of companies it calls authorised hosting partners. We show that status in the comparison table because it is relevant to Cfx’s platform and commercial GSP rules, but we do not use it as evidence that one server is technically better than another.
The core server software is still Cfx’s FiveM/Cfx Server stack. A hosting provider does not receive a different game-server engine because it appears on a partner page. What actually changes between hosts is the physical CPU, how heavily nodes are shared, RAM allocation, network and DDoS filtering, storage, location, database setup, panel automation, backups and human support.
The underlying FiveM server runtime and txAdmin ecosystem come from Cfx. A partner badge does not make that binary run faster.
CPU generation, clock speed, node contention, NVMe storage, London routing, DDoS mitigation and resource allocation are where real hosting differences appear.
We score what you actually rent. Cfx listing status is displayed separately for transparency and is not treated as a performance award.
FiveM currently lists GPORTAL, Shockbyte, Nitrado, Nodecraft, xREALM and ZAP-Hosting on its own hosting page. The list can change, so verify the latest status directly with FiveM .
Best FiveM hosts for UK communities, ranked
We prioritise the actual server: main-thread CPU performance, resource headroom, UK/EU routing, DDoS protection, txAdmin and framework support, database access, backups, support quality and realistic price.
LOW.MS is our #1 FiveM host because the package attacks FiveM’s real bottlenecks directly. The Ryzen 9 9950X is exactly the type of high-frequency modern desktop-class CPU we want behind a script-heavy roleplay server, where main-thread and resource-tick performance become much more important than simply advertising a large number of slower cores.
The London location makes the package particularly strong for a UK-focused community. FiveM combines voice, vehicle physics, player interaction, streamed custom assets and often a busy database layer, so keeping network latency predictable still matters even when the server itself has plenty of CPU headroom.
txAdmin is included, with ESX, QBCore and vMenu support in our current verification. Corero handles network-side DDoS mitigation and LOW.MS gives you five days to test the service rather than deciding whether your entire framework works after a single evening.
- Ryzen 9 9950X hardware
- Confirmed London location
- txAdmin included
- ESX, QBCore and vMenu support
- Corero DDoS protection
- Five-day refund window
- Strong £8.12 monthly price
- No uncapped-RAM model like Indifferent Broccoli
- Smaller public review sample than several long-established providers
Indifferent Broccoli moves all the way to #2 because FiveM is one of the games where its resource model makes unusually good sense. The provider limits the package by player count rather than putting a hard RAM ceiling on the individual server, with its current FiveM page advertising uncapped RAM and host systems with at least 128GB available.
That matters as a server develops. A fresh QBCore or ESX build can be relatively light, then accumulate hundreds of resources: inventories, phones, police systems, dispatch, jobs, housing, custom vehicles, large clothing packs, MLOs, voice, logging and a growing SQL database. A rigid RAM tier can become another thing to manage every time the project grows.
The other major advantage is the trial. You can launch the server for two days without entering card details, install the real framework and resources, invite your admins and find out how the environment behaves before paying. There is also a seven-day refund policy after purchase.
The European location is in Germany rather than London. For many UK users that still means comfortably playable latency on good European routes; exact ping depends on the player’s ISP and routing. LOW.MS remains ahead because it combines lower pricing with a physical London location and a particularly strong CPU proposition.
- Uncapped RAM on FiveM plans
- At least 128GB RAM on host systems
- Two-day free trial
- No credit card required for trial
- Seven-day refund policy
- 24/7 human support
- Full file access
- Germany rather than a physical UK location
- 8-player tier costs more than LOW.MS
Host Havoc is our premium infrastructure choice. The company owns and operates its own game-server hardware rather than simply reselling generic cloud instances, and its current infrastructure includes modern Ryzen options, NVMe storage and high-capacity protected networking.
That consistency becomes more relevant on a production RP server than it is on a small private game. One badly optimised resource, a sudden database-heavy event or a busy restart window can create short CPU spikes. Good node management and modern hardware give those spikes more room before players begin noticing delayed script execution.
London is available, txAdmin and the major RP frameworks are supported in our current verification, and Host Havoc’s published average ticket response is below ten minutes. Fast human support is genuinely valuable when a production community is down during peak evening hours.
- Own physical game-server hardware
- London location available
- Modern Ryzen and Intel hardware
- NVMe storage
- txAdmin and major framework support
- Very fast published support response
- Strong Trustpilot history
- Higher starting price than LOW.MS
- No uncapped-RAM model like Indifferent Broccoli
17 FiveM hosting providers compared
The Cfx column is deliberately neutral. “Listed” does not increase a provider’s quality score and “Not listed” does not automatically mean worse hardware. It is shown because customers should understand the platform-policy status separately from the technical hosting product.

Cfx Portal, server keys and FiveM slot limits
One of the biggest outdated parts of older FiveM guides is the Keymaster/Patreon workflow. Current server registration and Element Club management is handled through the Cfx Portal.
sv_licenseKey. The default OneSync allowance is 48 players.
Enough for many new or medium-sized RP communities without paying Cfx a separate monthly subscription.
Up to 64 slots with OneSync, plus Element Club benefits such as custom clothing streaming.
Up to 64 with standard OneSync or 128 using OneSync Infinity.
Up to 128 with standard OneSync or as many as 2,048 using OneSync Infinity.
Hosting and Element Club are separate bills. Manage your server registration and subscription through the Cfx Portal .
ESX, QBCore, Qbox or vMenu?
The framework controls your player data model, economy and much of the script ecosystem. Changing it after launch can involve database migrations and replacing a large part of the server, so decide early.
ESX has years of accumulated jobs, inventories, vehicles, housing, banking and RP scripts behind it. It remains a strong choice when script availability and compatibility with an existing ESX community matter most.
QBCore remains one of the most popular foundations for new RP servers, with a large modern script ecosystem and good compatibility with current database and utility libraries.
Qbox is worth including in a fresh-build comparison in 2026 rather than assuming the choice is permanently limited to ESX versus QBCore.
vMenu is not a full economy framework. It suits private communities, freeroam, racing and testing where you want permissions and vehicle/admin tools without a persistent RP economy.
txAdmin is the management layer every FiveM owner should understand
txAdmin is Cfx’s browser-based administration layer for FiveM servers. It ships with the server stack, and the newer Cfx Server used by GTAV Enhanced continues to integrate it.
Start and restart the server, watch live console output, execute commands and manage resources without logging directly into the operating system.
Manage connected players, warnings, kicks, bans, whitelists and staff permissions through the browser and in-game admin menu.
txAdmin recipes can automate large parts of a fresh deployment and are one reason managed FiveM hosting is easier for a first-time owner than configuring a raw VPS manually.
Schedule controlled restarts with player warnings instead of manually killing the process at random when the server needs maintenance.
FiveM hardware by community size
FiveM is sensitive to server-thread and script-tick performance, particularly once a framework is running large numbers of resources and frequent database callbacks. This is why LOW.MS’s Ryzen 9 9950X matters more to us than a vague claim about a huge core count.
| Server type | Players | RAM guidance | CPU priority | Database |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Testing / small private | <20 | 4GB+ | Modern high-clock CPU | Local MariaDB is usually fine |
| Standard RP | 20–48 | 8GB+ | Strong main-thread performance | Fast MariaDB / MySQL on NVMe |
| Large RP community | 48–128 | 12–16GB+ | High clock plus CPU headroom | Consider dedicated DB resources |
| Heavy MLO / vehicle stack | 32–64+ | 16GB+ | Prioritise resource-tick performance | NVMe-backed database strongly preferred |
| 100+ concurrent | 100–256+ | 32GB+ depending on resources | Premium modern hardware | Dedicated database becomes sensible |
For the underlying CPU, RAM and storage concepts, see our game server hardware requirements guide .
A sensible FiveM server.cfg starting point
Use this as a structural reference rather than copying a stale hard-coded GTA build from an old tutorial. Pin a specific build only when your current resource stack requires it.
endpoint_add_tcp "0.0.0.0:30120" endpoint_add_udp "0.0.0.0:30120" sv_licenseKey "YOUR_CFX_PORTAL_KEY" sv_hostname "Your UK Roleplay Server" sets sv_projectName "Your UK Roleplay Server" sets sv_projectDesc "UK roleplay community" sets locale "en-GB" sets tags "roleplay,UK,qbcore" set onesync on sv_maxclients 48 sv_scriptHookAllowed 0 set sv_filterRequestControl 1 ensure oxmysql # Choose the framework used by your server # ensure es_extended # ensure qb-core # ensure qbx_core # Load required libraries before resources that depend on them # ensure ox_lib # ensure your_resources_here
Standard FiveM game endpoint. Managed hosts normally configure this automatically; VPS users need to allow it through the operating-system and provider firewalls.
Common txAdmin web-interface port. Protect admin access properly and avoid exposing management services more broadly than necessary.
Common MariaDB/MySQL port. Do not leave your production database openly reachable from the public internet.
Generate the registration key through the Cfx Portal. Older guides that send new users to the old Keymaster workflow are outdated.
DDoS protection, your database and backups matter more than marketing RAM
Successful public RP communities are visible targets for disruption. DDoS filtering therefore matters more on FiveM than it does on a quiet private co-op server, but so does protecting the data layer that contains the actual history of your community.
Look for mitigation that operates before attack traffic reaches the game instance. LOW.MS’s Corero setup is one of the reasons it performs so strongly in our ranking.
Player characters, money, inventories, jobs, owned vehicles, properties and permissions often live in MariaDB/MySQL. Backing up only the FiveM resource folder is not enough.
NVMe benefits the database layer and general file operations, particularly as large RP communities accumulate custom vehicles, clothing and MLO content.
Cfx now has support-life-cycle warnings for outdated server artifacts. Keep the server runtime current rather than leaving a production community on an obsolete binary indefinitely.
FiveM server monetisation goes through Tebex
Cfx currently identifies Tebex as its exclusive authorised monetisation partner for FiveM and RedM. Its documentation states that using another payment platform to monetise a Cfx server violates the Platform License Agreement.
Using Tebex does not automatically make every possible paid package acceptable. Your store still needs to comply with the current Cfx Platform License Agreement and Tebex’s own policies.
