🇬🇧 UK GUIDE · UPDATED AUGUST 2026

Best V Rising Hosting UK 2026

V Rising is a finished game now. Stunlock Studios confirmed in March 2026 that content development has wrapped up, the studio is moving on to a new project set in the same world, and V Rising itself continues with balance and bug-fix patches only. For hosting, that’s good news: no more major content cycle constantly threatening your long-running castle. We checked every UK-relevant provider for genuine value, not just the lowest sticker price.

Our V Rising hosting shortlist

V Rising is unusually sensitive to CPU performance once raids, servants, bosses and larger player counts start happening at the same time. We therefore care about the complete hosting package, not just how cheap the smallest plan looks.

V Rising’s content is done, and that’s actually good news for hosting

Stunlock Studios confirmed in March 2026 that V Rising’s content development has effectively ended. The studio described the journey to Dracula as complete and said it is now working on a new game set in the same world of Vardoran rather than another major V Rising content update.

V Rising itself continues to receive balance and bug-fix patches. The May 2026 patch, for example, adjusted spell balance and Corrupted blood mechanics without requiring existing saves or castles to be replaced.

For long-running servers, this is a genuine advantage. Past major V Rising updates could create save-compatibility problems and force players onto legacy branches or fresh worlds. With the major content cycle over, that disruption risk is dramatically lower.

It also means the game’s hosting requirements are now much easier to plan around. The performance profile is no longer moving underneath you every time Stunlock prepares another large content release.

Best V Rising hosts, ranked

V Rising rewards good single-core CPU performance, particularly when several players, servants, bosses and raid systems are active at once. Capacity therefore matters, but so does what sits behind the advertised slot count.

1
DatHost Gold Pick
60 slots · Dynamic RAM · 15-minute automatic patching
£11.92/mo ~$16.10 · 60 slots · Fixed price
60 slots 128GB RAM pool 15-min auto-patch 2 Tbps DDoS

Stunlock recommends a maximum of 40 players per V Rising server, and DatHost’s 60-slot plan comfortably covers that with headroom to spare. More importantly, it does so for only slightly more than several competitors charge for a ten-slot configuration.

The server draws dynamically from a 128GB DDR4 ECC RAM pool instead of being boxed into a small fixed memory allocation. There is no hard per-server RAM ceiling in the package structure, which makes the plan far more forgiving as a community gets busy.

Updates are applied automatically within fifteen minutes of Stunlock releasing a patch, and daily offsite backups add another layer of protection around a world that may contain hundreds of hours of castle building and progression. Up to 2 Tbps of DDoS mitigation rounds out a package that is unusually complete for a fixed monthly price.

The 60-slot headline isn’t valuable because you should run 60 players. The real advantage is that DatHost comfortably covers Stunlock’s recommended 40-player maximum without forcing you to scale through multiple smaller tiers.
Pros
  • ✓ 60 slots comfortably cover the recommended player count
  • ✓ Dynamic 128GB ECC RAM pool
  • ✓ Automatic patching within 15 minutes
  • ✓ Daily offsite backups
  • ✓ Up to 2 Tbps DDoS mitigation
Cons
  • ✗ Provider pricing is displayed in EUR
  • ✗ No confirmed UK-specific V Rising node in the supplied research
2
LOW.MS Silver Pick
10 slots · 🇬🇧 London · 12 global locations
£8.38/mo ~$11.31 · 5-day money-back guarantee
🇬🇧 London 12 locations 5-day refund

LOW.MS is the strongest choice here if a confirmed UK location matters more to you than maximum player capacity. London is one of twelve available locations, giving UK groups the most straightforward latency choice in our top three.

The five-day money-back guarantee is also valuable for V Rising specifically. CPU performance becomes much more visible during boss encounters and raid-heavy sessions than while you’re testing an empty castle, so several days of real use is far more informative than checking whether the control panel works.

Pros
  • ✓ Confirmed London node
  • ✓ Twelve global locations
  • ✓ Five-day refund window
  • ✓ Strong price among established quality-tier hosts
Cons
  • ✗ Ten-slot entry is far smaller than DatHost’s 60-slot package
3
Kinetic Hosting Bronze Pick
8GB RAM · Isolated hardware · Budget small-clan pick
£5.92/mo ~$7.99 · Cheapest absolute price
Cheapest absolute price Isolated hardware 7-day refund

Kinetic Hosting is the cheapest confirmed absolute price on the panel. The £5.92 tier includes 8GB RAM and is best thought of as a small-clan option rather than a direct competitor to DatHost’s full-community package.

V Rising’s simulation is heavily dependent on single-core CPU performance, so Kinetic’s isolated architecture is particularly relevant here. Avoiding shared-node overselling reduces the risk that another customer’s workload starts dragging down your server’s tick rate during a busy boss or raid encounter.

Pros
  • ✓ Cheapest confirmed absolute price
  • ✓ Isolated hardware
  • ✓ Strong fit for a smaller clan
  • ✓ Seven-day refund
Cons
  • ✗ 8GB allocation is better suited to a small clan than a full 40-player community

2
LOW.MS
10 slots · 🇬🇧 London
12 locations · 5-day refund

Strong choice for UK groups wanting a confirmed London location, with twelve global locations and a useful five-day refund window.

5
Indifferent Broccoli
6 players · No hard RAM cap
2-day free trial
No card required No RAM ceiling

The genuine six-player plan is $12.99 rather than the $5.99 single-player headline, but the lack of a hard RAM ceiling and two-day free trial are both valuable for a growing clan.

6
Host Havoc
10 slots · Own hardware
4.8★ · 1,515 reviews

Own physical hardware avoids shared-node CPU contention during raid-heavy sessions, a genuine advantage for a game this sensitive to simulation performance.

7
GTX Gaming
10 slots · 8GB RAM
🇬🇧 London + Stockholm

A clearly specified ten-slot, 8GB tier with confirmed London and Stockholm locations, making the comparison much easier than a vague starting package.

A confirmed ten-slot tier with prepaid billing and no long-term contract requirement.

10
Godlike Host
8 slots · 4GB RAM
Clearly specified tier

A precisely defined eight-player, 4GB configuration for a smaller clan, though the RAM allocation sits below our preferred 6–8GB range for a more comfortable V Rising setup.

11

Confirmed entry tier

A confirmed eight-player starting configuration, sitting around the middle of this comparison on price.

12
Wabbanode
6GB RAM · EPYC hardware

Confirmed pricing for a genuine 6GB tier on EPYC-based budget hardware, enough to sit at the lower end of our recommended small-clan RAM range.

13
GGServers
6GB Standard tier
24/7 live chat

The homepage headline refers to a smaller starter package. The 6GB Standard tier is the more useful V Rising comparison point and costs £13.34.

14
Apex Hosting
6GB RAM · Beginner-friendly
Simple control panel

Confirmed pricing at a 6GB tier, the highest price here at that RAM level, although the beginner-friendly panel remains a useful advantage for first-time server owners.

Hosting V Rising on a budget

4NetPlayers is the cheapest confirmed slot-based option on the list at £5.06/mo, while Kinetic Hosting comes in close at £5.92/mo with 8GB RAM and isolated architecture. For a small private clan, both are substantially cheaper than buying capacity intended for a public community.

💡 The maths changes completely once you’re aiming for a large community. DatHost’s £11.92 fixed-price package gives you 60 slots, so a group targeting anything close to Stunlock’s recommended maximum can end up paying far less per player than scaling a small slot-based plan.

In other words, Kinetic and 4NetPlayers make the most sense when you’re genuinely small. DatHost makes more sense when you’re planning for a server that may actually fill.

What hardware does V Rising actually need?

V Rising is CPU-heavy and genuinely sensitive to server tick rate. Castle servants, boss encounters, raid mechanics and player movement can all be simulated simultaneously, which makes single-core CPU speed considerably more important than simply having lots of cores.

Setup Players RAM guidance What matters most
Small clan 4–10 6–8GB Modern single-core CPU performance
Community server Up to 40 10–12GB CPU headroom during raids, bosses and heavy activity
Modded server Varies 12GB+ depending on mods Allow extra memory above the equivalent vanilla setup
Stunlock recommends a maximum of 40 players per V Rising server. Providers advertising 60 or more slots aren’t changing V Rising’s recommended limit; they’re simply giving you a larger generic server allocation.
⚠️ Check the actual CPU generation before committing to a raid-heavy public server. Modern processors cope well with V Rising’s simulation load, while older Xeon E5-generation hardware can show visible tick-rate degradation during a heavily populated raid.

V Rising hosting, answered

No further major content updates are currently planned. Stunlock Studios confirmed in March 2026 that V Rising’s content journey is complete and the studio is working on a new game set in the same world. V Rising continues to receive balance and bug-fix patches.
Stunlock Studios recommends a maximum of 40 players per server. Hosting providers may advertise plans with more than 40 slots because the same infrastructure is used for many different games, but that does not change V Rising’s own recommended maximum.
Around 6–8GB is appropriate for a small clan of roughly 4–10 players. A community server approaching the recommended 40-player maximum should allow roughly 10–12GB, with additional headroom for modded servers.
The server simulates castle servants, boss encounters, raid mechanics and player movement simultaneously. That workload is highly sensitive to single-core CPU performance, which is why modern processors and avoiding overloaded shared nodes matter during a full raid.
The risk is much lower now that major content development has ended. Past major content updates could create save-compatibility problems, while the current roadmap is limited to balance and bug-fix patches rather than another major content cycle.
